Modern Warfare 2: Ghost painting
If you've read some previous posts of our blog or you have a look through our site, you could note that for us developing, especially in Ruby, is a hobby.
But in addition to developing, we like other things. For instance, Josep Jaume and Txus play in different bands, but one hobby we all share is Call of Duty. One character of the game is called Ghost and has a rather odd looking (here you can find all the information).
Since we liked him and we needed something to cheer up the office, we asked Silvia to do a painting (in oil) for us.

If you look at the last image, you'll notice an AW label. If you wonder what the heck is this, its our clan: AntiWaste (we'll need another day to explain where this comes from, as it has its own story).
